Boat Trip Day 1 - A Little Staycation!

Hey everybody! Cian here. I wanted to talk about a highlight of our boat trip around the San Juans. One of my favorite parts of the trip was actually before we even left the dock. It was our first day of our adventure, but it was a staycation! We got the boat scrubbed down and loaded to leave the next morning and also drove the dinghy down the Snohomish River to tie it to the Free Winds (our boat’s name). After that we stopped by the Co-op in Everett and picked up some ice cream sandwiches and cherries. We then hurried back to the marina to watch the sunset (which we slightly missed) and had some fun making videos and taking pics with the camera. We walked back to the boat and got ready for bed after having an amazingly fun day! Here are some photos of our staycation.
